How To Help Treat Cystic Acne/ What to Avoid.

It starts from within! Internally! Sometimes, what you put in is what you get out. Before, you attempt to treat any kind of acne, you must stop what causing it, you must get to the root of the issue. MY SUGGESTIONS is cutting out processed, fast, sugary, unhealthy, dairy foods,  and foods that are high in fats. Like, nuts, oils, avocados, and processed (higher fat) soy products. Try to incorporate more Whole and unprocessed foods. Studies have shown that hormones in dairy products may contribute to acne.

PLEASE! Avoid any greasy/ oily products.
